【摘要】：正齲病是發(fā)生在牙齒硬組織的一種慢性破壞性疾病,是口腔常見病之一。齲齒的進一步發(fā)展會帶來疼痛,引發(fā)牙髓炎、根尖周炎、頜骨炎癥,進而造成咀嚼功能受損及遠(yuǎn)隔器官病變,從而影響兒童的正常生長發(fā)育。由于第一恒磨牙是萌出時間最早的牙齒,而其窩溝是牙齒發(fā)育當(dāng)中的缺陷,形態(tài)較窄,牙面的自潔效果較差,且因為兒童對牙齒的清潔能力及清潔意識的不足,第一恒磨牙發(fā)生齲病的概率較高。有調(diào)查表明,12歲兒童
[Abstract]:Orthodontic caries is a kind of chronic destructive disease which occurs in hard tissue of teeth and is one of the common oral diseases. The further development of dental caries will bring pain, cause pulpitis, periapical inflammation, jaw inflammation, and then cause chewing function damage and distant organ lesions, thus affecting the normal growth and development of children.
