【摘要】：目的對(duì)檢測中遇到的1例ABO正反定型不符的獻(xiàn)血者標(biāo)本進(jìn)行血清學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)鑒定并對(duì)其機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析。方法常規(guī)血清學(xué)檢測;PCR擴(kuò)增直接測序和克隆測序分析其單體型。結(jié)果血清學(xué)結(jié)果為B弱;直接測序和克隆測序結(jié)果為O01/O05,O01 IVS6-25 AG突變。結(jié)論第一次證實(shí)了O等位基因血清學(xué)可以表現(xiàn)為B型,對(duì)其機(jī)制仍需深入研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to identify and analyze the mechanism of serological and molecular biological identification of a blood donor whose ABO was not positive or negative.Methods the haplotypes were directly sequenced by PCR and cloned by routine serological analysis.Results the serological results were B weak, and the direct sequencing and cloning sequencing showed that O01 / O05O01 IVS6-25 AG mutation.Conclusion the O allele serology can be shown as B type for the first time, and the mechanism of O allele still needs to be further studied.
