【摘要】：目的評價B超在婦科小手術(shù)中的應用價值。方法回顧性分析2020例接受婦科小手術(shù)患者的臨床資料。結(jié)果 1026例接受人流術(shù)患者中,術(shù)前均予以B超檢查,其中有3例患者帶環(huán)懷孕,通過B超引導,將節(jié)育環(huán)取出后予以人流術(shù),103例患者在術(shù)中實施B超檢查,782例患者在術(shù)后實施了B超檢查;398例上環(huán)術(shù)患者,術(shù)前均施行B超檢查,12例患者上環(huán)過程中予以B超探查;290例取環(huán)術(shù)患者中,術(shù)前均予以B超檢查,其中10例患者取環(huán)過程中予以B超探查;306例宮頸糜爛治療術(shù)中,術(shù)前均施行B超檢查。在人流術(shù)、上環(huán)術(shù)、取環(huán)術(shù)及宮頸糜爛治療術(shù)中均施行了B超檢查,并對患者的治療進行了有效的引導。結(jié)論 B超檢查方便、無創(chuàng)、準確性高,應用在婦科小手術(shù)中可提高手術(shù)的安全性及準確性,在婦產(chǎn)科具有較高的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the value of B-ultrasound in small gynecological surgery.Methods the clinical data of 2020 patients undergoing gynecological minor operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results among the 1026 patients undergoing artificial abortion, all were examined by B-ultrasound before operation, 3 of them were pregnant with ring, and were guided by B-ultrasound.After the removal of the birth control ring, 103 patients were treated with artificial abortion. 782 patients underwent B-ultrasound examination and 398 patients underwent upper ring operation after operation.All the 12 patients underwent B-ultrasound examination before operation, and all of them were examined by B-ultrasound in 290 cases during the procedure of upper ring removal, among which 10 cases were treated with B-ultrasonography in 306 cases of cervical erosion.B-ultrasonography was performed before operation.B ultrasound was performed in the treatment of abortion, upper ring, removal and cervical erosion, and the treatment of the patients was effectively guided.Conclusion Ultrasonography is convenient, noninvasive and accurate. It can improve the safety and accuracy of gynecologic surgery and has a high value in gynecology and obstetrics.
