【摘要】：運(yùn)用ICF有關(guān)功能、殘疾和健康的理論與分類工具,通過對(duì)功能、殘疾和健康數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,基于ICF對(duì)功能和殘疾數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行標(biāo)識(shí)、度量和測(cè)度分析,構(gòu)建國(guó)家功能、殘疾和健康的信息架構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)體系。實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)際和國(guó)家間功能、殘疾和健康數(shù)據(jù)信息之間的比較,用于監(jiān)測(cè)康復(fù)服務(wù)質(zhì)量和殘疾人生活質(zhì)量與發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,實(shí)施世界衛(wèi)生組織康復(fù)指南:《健康服務(wù)體系中的康復(fù)(2017)》。
