【摘要】：目的比較糖尿病患者與無糖尿病患者的種植體周圍牙周臨床指標、種植體周圍動度及骨吸收指標在種植手術不同時期的變化規(guī)律,為建立糖尿病種植患者的臨床預后評估及術后護理提供參考依據(jù)。方法上頜后牙區(qū)牙缺失患者共30名,分為糖尿病組和正常組(各15名),選擇種植術前以及種植術后1周、3個月,記錄菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)和齦溝出血指數(shù)(SBI)的檢測值;選擇種植手術后即刻、種植術后1周和3個月,檢測種植體穩(wěn)固值和骨吸收情況。結(jié)果與正常組相比,糖尿病組的PLI和SBI的檢測值、種植體穩(wěn)固值和骨吸收情況的差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論糖尿病患者種植體周圍PLI、SBI在種植手術不同時期均高于無糖尿病患者,種植體周圍動度及骨吸收指標高于無糖尿病患者,可作為建立糖尿病種植義齒患者的臨床預后評估體系的依據(jù),對種植體的臨床預后具有前瞻性的評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the changes of periodontal clinical indexes, peri-implant motility and bone resorption between diabetic patients and non-diabetic patients in different stages of implant surgery.To establish the clinical prognostic evaluation and postoperative nursing care of diabetic implant patients.Methods Thirty patients with maxillary posterior tooth loss were divided into two groups: diabetic group (n = 15) and normal group (n = 15). The plaque index (PLI) and gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) were measured before implantation and 1 week and 3 months after implantation.The implant stability and bone resorption were measured 1 week and 3 months after implantation.Results there were significant differences in PLI and SBI, implant stability and bone resorption between the diabetic group and the normal group (P 0.01).Conclusion PLII-SBI in patients with diabetes mellitus is higher than that in patients without diabetes mellitus at different stages, and the peri-implant motility and bone resorption index are higher than those in patients without diabetes mellitus.It can be used as the basis for establishing the clinical prognosis evaluation system of the patients with implant-denture of diabetes mellitus and has a prospective evaluation of the clinical prognosis of the implants.
