【摘要】：目的深入了解PICC�？谱o士的工作體驗,以期為制訂針對性的干預措施提供參考。方法 2016年5-6月,采用目的抽樣法,選擇山東省內符合納入條件的11名PICC專科護士為研究對象,采用現(xiàn)象學研究法對其進行半結構式訪談,并用Colaizzi現(xiàn)象學資料7步分析法對訪談資料進行分析。結果 PICC�？谱o士的工作體驗可歸納為3個主題:自身的成長與收獲;肩負的責任與使命;面臨的困難與挑戰(zhàn)。結論 PICC�？谱o理工作促進PICC�？谱o士不斷成長,實現(xiàn)自我價值;強烈的責任感和使命感堅定了他們的職業(yè)信念;管理者應規(guī)范PICC專科護士的角色和職責,采取相關措施緩解其心理壓力,并提供實質性的支持和幫助,以促進PICC�？谱o理隊伍的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the working experience of PICC specialist nurses in order to provide reference for making targeted intervention measures. Methods from May to June 2016, 11 PICC nurses in Shandong province were selected as the research objects by using objective sampling method. The semi-structured interview was conducted with phenomenological research method, and the interview data was analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method. Results the working experience of PICC specialist nurses can be summed up into three themes: their own growth and harvest; Conclusion the PICC specialty nursing work promotes the PICC specialized nurses to grow continuously, realizes the self-value, the strong sense of responsibility and the sense of mission strengthened their professional belief. Managers should standardize the roles and responsibilities of PICC nurses, take relevant measures to relieve their psychological pressure, and provide substantial support and help to promote the development of PICC specialist nursing team.
