【摘要】：目的:探討光子治療儀結(jié)合中藥濕熱敷護理治療胰島素注射所致皮下硬結(jié)的臨床療效。方法:將46例患者隨機分成對照組和實驗組各23例,實驗組采取光子治療儀結(jié)合中藥濕熱敷治療,對照組給予光子治療儀結(jié)合硫酸鎂濕熱敷治療。1個月后分別觀察兩組治療護理效果。結(jié)果:實驗組痊愈5例,顯效13例,有效5例,總有效率100%;對照組顯效9例,有效14例,總有效率100%。兩組總有效率比較,差異(P0.05)無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。但兩組治愈率和顯效率比較,實驗組療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組,差異(P0.05)有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:光子治療儀結(jié)合中藥濕熱敷對胰島素所致皮下硬結(jié)的治療護理效果顯著,安全,可減輕患者的痛苦。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of photonic therapy instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress on subcutaneous induration induced by insulin injection. Methods: 46 patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 23 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with photonic therapy instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress, the control group was treated with photonic therapy instrument combined with magnesium sulfate wet hot compress. After one month, the nursing effects of two groups were observed respectively. Results: 5 cases were cured in the experimental group, 13 cases had remarkable effect. 5 cases were effective, the total effective rate was 100%; in the control group, 9 cases were effective, 14 cases were effective, and the total effective rate was 100%. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P 0.05). However, the curative rate and the effective rate of the two groups were significantly better than those of the control group. Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of photonic therapeutic instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress on insulin induced subcutaneous induration is significant, safe and can alleviate the pain of patients.
