【摘要】：正我國自1999年正式進(jìn)入老齡化社會,未富先老的難題逐漸凸顯,老齡化形勢日益嚴(yán)峻[1]。為提高老年人的生活質(zhì)量、實(shí)現(xiàn)健康老齡化,減輕我國社會、政府、家庭負(fù)擔(dān),做好我國社區(qū)老年人的健康教育至關(guān)重要[2]。然而目前我國社區(qū)老年人健康教育仍處于起步階段,需借鑒人口老齡化發(fā)達(dá)國家的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)以不斷改進(jìn)、完善社區(qū)老年人健康教育體系。現(xiàn)將國內(nèi)外社區(qū)老年人健康教育相關(guān)現(xiàn)狀及完善我國社區(qū)老年人健康教育體系的對策綜述如下。
[Abstract]:Since 1999, China has formally entered an aging society, and the problem of aging before becoming rich has gradually become prominent, and the aging situation is becoming increasingly serious [1]. In order to improve the quality of life of the elderly, realize healthy aging, and lighten the burden on our society, government and family, It is very important to do well the health education of the elderly in the community in our country [2]. However, the health education of the elderly in the community in our country is still in its infancy, so it is necessary to learn from the relevant experiences of the developed countries with aging population to improve it. This paper summarizes the current situation of community elderly health education at home and abroad and the countermeasures of perfecting our community elderly health education system.
