【摘要】：目的觀察自行設(shè)計(jì)的袖珍負(fù)壓裝置在脂肪液化伴感染壞死傷口中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇56例冠狀動(dòng)脈搭橋術(shù)后取大隱靜脈處脂肪液化伴傷口感染壞死的患者,隨機(jī)分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組30例和對(duì)照組26例。實(shí)驗(yàn)組采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的袖珍負(fù)壓裝置換藥治療,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)負(fù)壓封閉換藥治療,比較兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果兩組傷口進(jìn)入紅期時(shí)間、傷口面積愈合率、傷口愈合時(shí)間、換藥次數(shù)比較,差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t值分別為0.695,0.531,-0.075,-0.582;P0.05);兩組總費(fèi)用比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=-62.766;P0.001)。結(jié)論袖珍負(fù)壓裝置能促進(jìn)脂肪液化伴感染壞死傷口愈合,提高傷口愈合的質(zhì)量,較常規(guī)負(fù)壓封閉治療具有更經(jīng)濟(jì)、更實(shí)用、更便攜的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of self-designed pocket negative pressure device on the wound of fat liquefaction with infection and necrosis. Methods 56 patients with fat liquefaction of the great saphenous vein and wound infection and necrosis after coronary artery bypass grafting were selected. The patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 26). The experimental group was treated with self-designed pocket negative pressure device and the control group was treated with routine negative pressure block dressing change. There was no significant difference in wound area healing rate, wound healing time and dressing change times between the two groups. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.001). Conclusion the pocket negative pressure device can promote the wound healing of fat liquefaction with infection and necrosis, and improve the quality of wound healing. It is more economical, practical and portable than the conventional negative pressure sealing therapy.
