【摘要】：由于徒手肌力檢查不能定量反映肌力增強(qiáng)的訓(xùn)練效果,人們越來越多地開始應(yīng)用等速儀器和手持測力計等工具進(jìn)行肌力定量檢查。本文簡要回顧了臨床常用肌力檢查方法的發(fā)展歷程,對各種肌力定量檢查方法的優(yōu)缺點進(jìn)行了比較分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了臨床肌力檢查的具體操作建議。
[Abstract]:Because manual muscle testing cannot quantitatively reflect the strength of the training effect, more and more people began to use isokinetic equipment and hand-held dynamometer tools such as strength of quantitative examination. This paper briefly reviews the development history of methods commonly used in clinical examination of muscle strength, muscle strength and advantages and disadvantages of various quantitative detection methods are compared and analyzed, on this basis put forward specific the operation of clinical muscle testing.
