【摘要】：目的建立急性有機磷農(nóng)藥中毒(acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning,AOPP)患者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化洗胃方案,并探討其臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法通過總結(jié)證據(jù),形成AOPP患者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化洗胃方案,選取2016年11月—2017年4月37例患者為研究對象。實驗組18例,實施AOPP患者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化洗胃方案;對照組19例,實施傳統(tǒng)操作方案。分別比較2組一次置管成功率、首次洗胃時間、達(dá)到阿托品化時間及阿托品總用量、乙酰膽堿酯酶恢復(fù)正常時間、住院時間、反跳發(fā)生率及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果 AOPP患者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化洗胃方案實施后,患者首次洗胃時間、達(dá)到阿托品化時間、阿托品總用量、乙酰膽堿酯酶恢復(fù)正常時間以及住院時間低于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 AOPP患者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化洗胃方案制訂過程科學(xué)、可靠,能提高患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)了護(hù)理安全。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a standardized gastric lavage regimen for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (AOPP) and to discuss its clinical application effect. Methods by summarizing the evidence, the standardized gastric lavage scheme for AOPP patients was formed. From November 2016 to April 2017, 37 patients were selected as the study subjects. The experimental group (n = 18) was treated with standardized gastric lavage regimen for AOPP, while the control group (n = 19) was treated with traditional operation. The success rate and the first gastric lavage time were compared between the two groups. The time of atropinization, the total dosage of atropine, the time of recovery of acetylcholinesterase, the time of hospitalization, the rate of rebound and the incidence of adverse reaction were reached. Results after the implementation of standardized gastric lavage regimen, the first time of gastric lavage was obtained in patients with AOPP. The time of atropinization, the total dosage of atropine, the time of recovery of acetylcholinesterase and the time of hospitalization were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the process of standard gastric lavage for AOPP patients is scientific and reliable. It can improve the nursing quality of patients and promote nursing safety.
