【摘要】：目的了解空巢老年慢性疼痛患者生活質(zhì)量及社會支持現(xiàn)狀,并探討兩者之間關(guān)系。方法于2015年2~12月,應(yīng)用便利抽樣方法,應(yīng)用一般資料調(diào)查表、生活質(zhì)量量表、社會支持評定量表、簡式Mc Gill疼痛問卷對遼寧省錦州市凌河區(qū)、古塔區(qū)、太和區(qū)空巢老年慢性疼痛患者進行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果夫婦老年慢性疼痛患者在生理機能、總體健康、活力、社會功能4個維度的生活質(zhì)量得分高于獨居慢性疼痛老人,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);夫婦老年慢性疼痛患者的社會支持總分、客觀支持總分、主觀支持得分也高于獨居老年慢性疼痛患者,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);老年慢性疼痛患者生活質(zhì)量與其社會支持之間呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論獨居老年慢性疼痛患者的生活質(zhì)量和社會支持水平較夫婦老年慢性疼痛患者低,獨居老年慢性疼痛患者是社區(qū)老年慢性疼痛患者中最為弱勢的群體,社區(qū)護理應(yīng)給予更多關(guān)注;生活質(zhì)量與社會支持關(guān)系密切,應(yīng)大力健全社會支持系統(tǒng),提高社區(qū)老年慢性疼痛患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of quality of life and social support in empty nest elderly patients with chronic pain, and to explore the relationship between them. Methods from 2015 to December, convenience sampling, general information questionnaire and quality of life scale were used. Social support rating scale and simple MC Gill pain questionnaire were administered to elderly patients with chronic pain in Linghe District, Guta District and Taihe District of Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province. The scores of quality of life in the four dimensions of social function were higher than those in elderly patients living alone with chronic pain, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the total score of social support and objective support of elderly patients with chronic pain was higher than that of elderly patients with chronic pain. The score of subjective support was also higher than that of elderly patients with chronic pain. The quality of life of elderly patients with chronic pain was positively correlated with their social support. Conclusion the quality of life and the level of social support of elderly patients living alone with chronic pain are lower than those of elderly patients with chronic pain. Solitary elderly patients with chronic pain are the most vulnerable group among the elderly patients in the community. Community nursing should pay more attention to it. Quality of life is closely related to social support, so the social support system should be improved. To improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic pain in community.
