【摘要】：目的評價導(dǎo)入式健康教育對手術(shù)患者健康認知及負性情緒的影響。方法選取在醫(yī)接受手術(shù)治療的患者120例,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)表法分為對照組及觀察組,各60例。對照組實施傳統(tǒng)護理,觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用導(dǎo)入式健康教育,比較2組患者教育前后負性情緒改善、手術(shù)相關(guān)認知及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果教育后觀察組抑郁(56.67%)和焦慮(55.00%)分值為正常的患者比例均低于教育前自身和教育后對照組比例;教育后觀察組患者對手術(shù)知識、飲食喂養(yǎng)、術(shù)前檢查3個維度知識認知率均高于教育前自身和教育后對照組;觀察組患者術(shù)后肺部感染、切口感染等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率均低于對照組,以上差異均具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論手術(shù)治療患者圍術(shù)期在實施傳統(tǒng)護理干預(yù)基礎(chǔ)上加用導(dǎo)入式健康教育,利于減輕患者心理壓力,改善其負性情緒,患者健康認知度明顯提高,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生少,臨床護理效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of inductive health education on health cognition and negative emotion of patients undergoing surgery. Methods 120 patients undergoing surgical treatment were divided into control group and observation group according to random list method. 60 cases each. The control group was given traditional nursing, and the observation group was treated with inductive health education on the basis of the control group to compare the improvement of negative emotion between the two groups before and after education. Results the patients with normal scores of depression (56.67) and anxiety (55.00) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before and after education. The rate of knowledge cognition in the three dimensions of dietary feeding was higher than that in the control group before and after education, and the incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection and incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion during the perioperative period, the patients undergoing surgical treatment should be treated with the introduction of health education on the basis of traditional nursing intervention, which is beneficial to lighten the psychological pressure of patients, improve their negative emotions, and improve the health awareness of the patients. The incidence of postoperative complications was less and the effect of clinical nursing was remarkable.
