【摘要】：目的探討單純采用超聲心動(dòng)圖引導(dǎo)并監(jiān)測(cè)動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管未閉(PDA)經(jīng)皮介入治療的經(jīng)驗(yàn)及方法,及其可行性與有效性。方法選取在我院就診的單純PDA患者84例,所有患者均行經(jīng)胸超聲心動(dòng)圖(TTE)引導(dǎo)下經(jīng)皮行PDA封堵術(shù),術(shù)后多次超聲心動(dòng)圖隨診。結(jié)果所有患者均在超聲心動(dòng)圖引導(dǎo)下完成經(jīng)皮PDA封堵術(shù),順利出院。平均隨訪3.6個(gè)月,均無(wú)殘余分流及嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論 TTE引導(dǎo)下經(jīng)皮動(dòng)脈導(dǎo)管未閉封堵術(shù)避免放射及開(kāi)胸?fù)p傷,可以安全、有效地治療PDA,具有較好的可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the experience, feasibility and effectiveness of percutaneous interventional treatment of patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) guided by echocardiography alone. Methods 84 patients with PDA were selected in our hospital. All patients were treated with transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) -guided percutaneous transcatheter closure (PDA) and followed up by echocardiography many times after operation. Results all patients underwent percutaneous PDA closure under echocardiographic guidance and were discharged smoothly. The average follow-up was 3.6 months. Conclusion the percutaneous patent ductus arteriosus closure under the guidance of TTE can avoid radiation and thoracotomy injury and be safe and effective in the treatment of PDA.Conclusion it is safe and effective to treat PDA-induced patent ductus arteriosus under the guidance of TTE.
