【摘要】：[目的]探討雙花漱口劑用于口腔護理對經(jīng)口氣管插管危重病人呼吸機相關(guān)性肺炎(VAP)發(fā)生率的影響。[方法]選取符合條件的40例經(jīng)口氣管插管病人,按1∶1比例隨機分為兩組,每組20例,觀察組采用雙花漱口劑,對照組采用生理鹽水,分別給予口腔擦拭加沖洗的方法進行口腔護理,每日3次。兩組病人分別于實施口腔護理第2天、第4天、第6天、第8天07:00未進行口腔護理前,進行口腔評估,從口臭、菌斑指數(shù)、軟垢指數(shù)及VAP發(fā)生4個方面來評價其效果。[結(jié)果]觀察組各項指標均優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]雙花漱口劑用于經(jīng)口氣管插管危重癥病人的口腔護理,可提高口腔護理質(zhì)量,預(yù)防VAP的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to investigate the gargle for oral care of double orotracheal intubation in critically ill patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP)]. Methods affected the rate of occurrence from 40 cases of eligible patients with oral tracheal intubation, according to 1: 1 were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group, the observation group used double gargle, the control group was treated with physiological saline, were given oral rinse and wipe method for oral care, 3 times a day. The two groups of patients were implemented on oral care for second days, fourth days, sixth days, eighth days 07:00 without oral care, oral assessment, from bad breath, plaque index, plaque index and VAP has 4 aspects to evaluate its effect. Results: the indicators of the observation group were better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion] double gargle for oral care patients with orotracheal intubation in critically ill patients, can improve the quality of oral care, to prevent the occurrence of VAP.
