【摘要】：目的 :對心臟磁共振梯度回波電影序列(Spoiled gradient echo,GRE)評估恒河猴心功能的有效性與重復(fù)性進(jìn)行評價(jià),為開展恒河猴疾病動(dòng)物模型磁共振研究提供準(zhǔn)確、最優(yōu)的心功能評估策略。方法:正常恒河猴8只,均行超聲心動(dòng)圖檢查、心臟磁共振GRE電影序列掃描。采用心功能分析軟件(cvi~(42))對GRE電影圖像進(jìn)行分析獲取左室舒張末容積(EDV)、左室收縮末容積(ESV)、每搏量(SV)、射血分?jǐn)?shù)(EF)、心輸出量(CO)、舒張期左室質(zhì)量(Myo Mass(Diast))以及收縮期左室質(zhì)量(Myo Mass(Syst))等心功能相關(guān)參數(shù)值。進(jìn)行磁共振掃描的復(fù)測實(shí)驗(yàn),采用組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)及Bland-Altman分析評價(jià)GRE各心功能參數(shù)的重復(fù)性,以超聲心功能結(jié)果為相對的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)效度評價(jià)GRE各心功能參數(shù)的有效性,并對超聲和GRE結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果:GRE重復(fù)性評價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,各心功能參數(shù)的組內(nèi)相關(guān)系數(shù)(ICC)值均在0.75~0.97之間,且顯著性均小于0.01,重復(fù)性評價(jià)結(jié)果較好,Bland-Altman分析顯示復(fù)測實(shí)驗(yàn)中各指標(biāo)測量的一致性較高;有效性評價(jià)結(jié)果顯示,除CO外,其余心功能參數(shù)的Pearson相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)值在0.80~0.92之間,具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)GRE獲取的EF、CO以及Myo Mass(Diast)要小于超聲的測定值,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:心臟磁共振GRE電影序列評價(jià)正常恒河猴心功能的結(jié)果具有較好的有效性與重復(fù)性,能有效、穩(wěn)定地對恒河猴的心功能予以評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the validity and reproducibility of cardiac magnetic resonance gradient echo sequence (GREE) in evaluating the cardiac function of rhesus monkeys, so as to provide an accurate magnetic resonance study for animal model of rhesus monkey disease. Methods: 8 normal rhesus monkeys were examined by echocardiography. Cardiac magnetic resonance (GRE) film sequence scanning. Using cardiac function analysis software to analyze the GRE image to obtain left ventricular end-diastolic volume (EDV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVV), left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVEV), ejection fraction (EF), cardiac output volume (GRE), left ventricular diastolic volume (LV), left ventricular volume (LVEF), ejection fraction (EF), cardiac output volume (GRE) and diastolic left ventricle (LVV). Cardiac function parameters, such as Myo Massa Diasta and left ventricular mass in systolic phase, were measured by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The repeatability of cardiac function parameters in GRE was evaluated by intra-group correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman analysis. The validity of cardiac function parameters of GRE was evaluated by the relative standard validity of echocardiographic cardiac function. Results the repeatability of GRE was compared with that of ultrasound. Results the results of repetitive evaluation showed that the intra-group correlation coefficient of each cardiac function parameter was 0.75 ~ 0.97, respectively. The results of repeated Bland-Altman analysis showed that there was a higher consistency of the measurements in the repeated test, and the validity evaluation showed that the Pearson correlation coefficient (r) of the other cardiac function parameters was between 0.80 and 0.92, except for CO. At the same time, it was found that the GRE obtained EFCO and Myo Massi Diasta were smaller than the ultrasonic measurements. Conclusion: the results of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (GRE) in evaluating the cardiac function of normal rhesus monkeys are effective and reproducible, and can be used to evaluate the cardiac function of rhesus monkeys stably.
