水中平板運動訓(xùn)練對中老年超重患者心肺功能以及運動能力影響的研究

【摘要】:目的:觀察水中平板運動訓(xùn)練(UWTT)和普通平板運動訓(xùn)練(LTT)對中老年超重患者心肺功能以及運動能力的影響。方法:56例(男性33例,女性23例)習(xí)慣性久坐少動的中老年超重患者(BMI:24.0—27.9)采用隨機數(shù)字表分為水中平板組(UG)30例和普通平板訓(xùn)練組(LG)26例。兩組受試者以單次訓(xùn)練消耗相同的能量為原則進行每周4次,為期6周的平板運動訓(xùn)練(1—2周:150k Cal;3—4周:200k Cal;5—6周:250k Cal)。訓(xùn)練前后采用運動心肺試驗、坐—站試驗、6分鐘步行試驗、Berg平衡量表對受試者的心肺功能以及運動功能進行評定。結(jié)果:訓(xùn)練前后兩組內(nèi)受試者的最大耗氧量、無氧閾明顯增加(P0.05),組間比較無明顯差異(P0.05);水中平板組的下肢力量、步行能力以及平衡能力明顯增加(P0.05),且高于普通平板組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:水中平板運動訓(xùn)練與普通平板運動訓(xùn)練均能夠不同程度改善中老年超重患者的心肺功能;水中平板運動訓(xùn)練還能夠增加該類患者的下肢力量及耐力,改善平衡能力,增加康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的效率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effects of water treadmill training (UWTT) and general treadmill training (LTT) on cardiopulmonary function and exercise ability in middle-aged and elderly overweight patients. BMI: 24.0-27.9) the subjects were randomly divided into two groups: 30 patients with UGG in the water plate group and 26 patients with LGG in the general treadmill training group. The subjects in the two groups used the same energy consumption in a single training session 4 times a week. 6-week treadmill exercise 1-2 weeks: 150k Calan 3-4 weeks: 200k Calo 5-6 weeks: 250k Cal.before and after training, exercise cardiopulmonary test, The 6-minute walking test Berg balance scale was used to evaluate the cardiopulmonary function and motor function of the subjects. Results: the maximal oxygen consumption in the two groups before and after training was determined. The anaerobic threshold increased significantly (P 0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The walking ability and balance ability were significantly increased than that of the normal plate group. Conclusion: both the treadmill training and the general treadmill exercise training can improve the cardiopulmonary function of the overweight patients in different degree. Water treadmill training can also increase the lower limb strength and endurance, improve the balance ability, and increase the efficiency of rehabilitation training.
