【摘要】：伴隨著臨終處境的衍變,臨終病人生理功能、心理需求和社會(huì)關(guān)系等方面也隨之發(fā)生變化,由于不同的"身體"處境,臨終者與健康者在相互對(duì)等的關(guān)系上出現(xiàn)斷裂,從而導(dǎo)致兩者在不同境遇下具體道德現(xiàn)象與傳統(tǒng)倫理道德產(chǎn)生沖突。從醫(yī)護(hù)倫理角度看,通過"觸摸式護(hù)理"或者"無聲護(hù)理"方式可以深入臨終病人內(nèi)心世界,繼而啟發(fā)醫(yī)護(hù)人員等回歸并釋放更多的"人性情懷",這或許可以為臨終倫理難題提供一種消解的路向,幫助道德主體重塑并踐行"敬畏生命"的倫理思想。
[Abstract]:With the evolution of terminal situation, the physical function, psychological needs and social relations of terminally ill patients also change, due to different "physical" situation. The relationship between the terminus and the health person is equal to each other, which leads to the conflict between the specific moral phenomenon and the traditional ethics under different circumstances. From the point of view of medical ethics. By means of "touch care" or "silent nursing", we can go deep into the inner world of dying patients, and then inspire medical staff to return and release more "human feelings". This may provide a way to resolve the ethical problems of deathbed and help the moral subject to reshape and practice the ethical thought of "reverence for life".
