【摘要】：目的探討椎管內(nèi)硬膜外血管脂肪瘤的MRI表現(xiàn)。方法回顧性分析經(jīng)病理確診的18例椎管內(nèi)硬膜外血管脂肪瘤患者的臨床和影像資料,分析其病變部位、腫塊大小、形態(tài)、信號(hào)、骨質(zhì)破壞情況、增強(qiáng)特點(diǎn)及分型。結(jié)果 18例腫瘤位于頸椎1例、胸椎15例、腰椎2例。10例腫瘤經(jīng)椎間孔或破壞相鄰骨質(zhì)達(dá)椎管外形成椎旁腫塊。MRI顯示T1WI呈等信號(hào)11例、混雜信號(hào)5例、稍高信號(hào)2例;T2WI呈高信號(hào)13例、混雜信號(hào)5例。5例腫瘤內(nèi)部可見點(diǎn)片狀脂肪信號(hào),T1WI、T2WI呈高信號(hào)。增強(qiáng)掃描18例均明顯強(qiáng)化。Ⅰ型(病變局限于椎管內(nèi))8例(8/18,44.44%),Ⅱ型(病變呈啞鈴狀突至椎管外)10例(10/18,55.56%)。結(jié)論椎管內(nèi)硬膜外血管脂肪瘤發(fā)病部位及MRI表現(xiàn)具有一定的特征,對(duì)術(shù)前正確診斷有重要提示意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the MRI findings of epidural angiolipoma in the spinal canal. Methods the clinical and imaging data of 18 patients with epidural angiolipoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The tumor size, shape, signal intensity, bone destruction, enhancement characteristics and classification. Results 18 cases of tumor located in the cervical vertebra in 1 case, 15 cases in the thoracic vertebra. Lumbar vertebrae 2 cases. 10 cases of tumors formed paravertebral mass through intervertebral foramen or destruction of adjacent bony. MRI showed iso-signal on T1WI in 11 cases mixed signal in 5 cases and slightly hyperintense in 2 cases. 13 cases showed hyperintense on T2WI, 5 cases showed mixed signal in 5 cases, and 5 cases showed flaky fat signal on T1WI. T2WI showed high signal intensity. Enhancement scan was obviously enhanced in 18 cases. Type 鈪，
