【摘要】：為了揭示認知行為干預對顱腦腫瘤患者術后情緒及認知的影響,選取大理學院附屬醫(yī)院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的顱腦腫瘤患者80例,依據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將這些患者分為常規(guī)護理干預組(n=40)和認知行為干預組(n=40)兩組,對兩組患者的焦慮抑郁情緒、疼痛感、應激性潰瘍發(fā)生情況、依從性及護理滿意度進行統(tǒng)計分析。分析顯示,認知行為干預組患者的焦慮評分和抑郁評分均顯著低于常規(guī)護理干預組(p0.05);認知行為干預組患者的VAS評分和應激性潰瘍發(fā)生率(10.0%)也顯著低于常規(guī)護理干預組22.5%(9/40)(p0.05);認知行為干預組患者的依從性、護理滿意度均顯著高于常規(guī)護理干預組(p0.05)。本研究表明,顱腦腫瘤術后患者深受焦慮抑郁情緒影響,認知行為干預較常規(guī)護理干預在患者焦慮抑郁情緒、疼痛感、應激性潰瘍發(fā)生情況、依從性及護理滿意度等方面具有更好的護理效果。
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the effect of cognitive behavior intervention on postoperative emotion and cognition of patients with craniocerebral tumor, 80 patients with craniocerebral tumor admitted from May 2014 to May 2016 in the affiliated Hospital of Dali University were selected. According to random number table, these patients were divided into two groups: routine nursing intervention group and cognitive behavior intervention group. The incidence of stress ulcer, compliance and nursing satisfaction were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the scores of anxiety and depression in cognitive behavior intervention group were significantly lower than those in routine nursing intervention group (P 0.05). The score of VAS and the incidence of stress ulcer in the cognitive behavior intervention group were significantly lower than those in the routine nursing intervention group. The compliance and satisfaction of patients in cognitive behavior intervention group were significantly higher than those in routine nursing intervention group (P 0.05). This study showed that patients with craniocerebral tumor after operation were deeply influenced by anxiety and depression. Cognitive behavior intervention had better nursing effect on anxiety and depression, pain, stress ulcer, compliance and nursing satisfaction than routine nursing intervention.
