【摘要】：正護(hù)士短缺是全球性問題。數(shù)據(jù)~[1]顯示,預(yù)計(jì)到2020年,歐洲護(hù)士短缺將達(dá)59萬,美國護(hù)士短缺將達(dá)80萬。至2015年底,我國注冊護(hù)士總數(shù)達(dá)324.1萬,每千人口注冊護(hù)士數(shù)為2.36,醫(yī)院醫(yī)護(hù)比為1∶1.42~[2],與國際制訂的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)1∶2尚有差距。目前,隨著我國人口老齡化進(jìn)程的加速,疾病負(fù)擔(dān)日益加大,護(hù)理需求劇增~[2]。同時(shí),由于個(gè)人(職業(yè)認(rèn)同感和職業(yè)獲益感低、職業(yè)倦怠等)和組織(崗位管理、薪資福利、工作環(huán)境
[Abstract]:The shortage of positive nurses is a global problem. [By 2020, there will be a shortage of 590,000 nurses in Europe and 800,000 nurses in the United States. By end of 2015, the total number of registered nurses in China will reach three million two hundred and forty-one thousand. 2.36 registered nurses per 1,000 population and 1: 1.42 ~ 1: 1.42 in hospital. [2, there is still a gap with the international standard of 1: 2. At present, with the acceleration of the aging process of the population in China, the burden of disease is increasing day by day, and the demand for nursing is increasing sharply ~. [2. At the same time, due to individuals (low sense of professional identity and job benefit, job burnout, etc.) and organizations (job management, salary benefits, work environment)
