【摘要】：針對當前基于機器學習的血壓測量方法的準確率低下等問題,本文提出了一種基于支持向量回歸的高效便捷的血壓預測方法。算法首先分析人體生理指標數(shù)據(jù)與血壓之間隱含的關(guān)系,建立血壓預測模型,然后將算法結(jié)果與三個經(jīng)典機器學習算法(線性回歸、神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、嶺回歸)結(jié)果進行對比,利用兩種評價指標(準確率、均方根誤差)對它們進行評估,實驗結(jié)果表明支持向量回歸算法能準確高效地預測血壓且優(yōu)于其它算法模型。
[Abstract]:In view of the current based on the accuracy problem of low blood pressure measurement methods of machine learning, this paper proposes a prediction method based on support vector regression algorithm is efficient and convenient. First, analysis of the relationship between blood pressure and blood pressure data implied between physiological indexes of human body blood pressure, establish forecasting model, and then the algorithm results with three classical machine learning algorithm (linear regression, neural network, ridge regression) were compared using two indexes (accuracy, root mean square error) to their assessment, the experimental results show that the support vector regression algorithm can accurately and effectively predict the blood pressure and is superior to other algorithm.
