【摘要】：正服務型領導(servant leadership)又稱之為仆人型領導、公仆型領導~[1-2]。"服務型領導"理論是由Greenleaf~[3]在1977年《做一個像仆人的領導者》一文中開創(chuàng)性的提出。20世紀90年代后,由于經(jīng)濟環(huán)境發(fā)生了巨大的變化,知識型員工成為勞動的主體,越來越多的管理者認識到服務型領導的重要性,服務型領導已經(jīng)成為領導方式的新趨勢。筆者運用文獻歸納的研究方法,梳理了國內外常用的服務型
[Abstract]:The servant leadership is also called the servant type leader, the public servant type leader ~. [The theory of "service-oriented leadership" is based on Greenleaf. [3] in 1977, "being a Leader like a servant" was a groundbreaking proposition. After 90s of the 20th century, because of the great changes in the economic environment, knowledge workers became the main body of labor. More and more managers realize the importance of service-oriented leadership, and service-oriented leadership has become a new trend of leadership.
