【摘要】：目的總結(jié)鼻咽癌患者經(jīng)超聲引導(dǎo)下采用改良塞丁格技術(shù)置入耐高壓注射型雙腔PICC導(dǎo)管(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)雙腔PICC導(dǎo)管)后,發(fā)生癥狀性靜脈血栓并成功保留導(dǎo)管的護(hù)理要點(diǎn)。方法2014年1月—2015年12月109例鼻咽癌同期放化療患者中,有11例發(fā)生癥狀性靜脈血栓,在血栓形成早期及血栓形成期間進(jìn)行觀察及護(hù)理。結(jié)果成功保留雙腔PICC導(dǎo)管,無(wú)血栓再發(fā)或加重情況,直至完成治療后再拔管,留管時(shí)間67~89(77.45±6.65)d。結(jié)論通過(guò)精心治療和護(hù)理,可減少雙腔PICC導(dǎo)管相關(guān)并發(fā)癥的發(fā)生,延長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)管使用時(shí)間,使患者順利完成治療計(jì)劃。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients by using modified Seldinger technique in ultrasound guided high pressure injection type PICC double lumen catheter (hereinafter referred to as the PICC double lumen catheter) after the occurrence of symptomatic venous thrombosis and successfully retained catheter nursing points. Methods from January 2014 to December 2015 109 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma chemotherapy patients, 11 cases had symptomatic venous thrombosis, thrombosis in observation and nursing during early and thrombosis. Results the double lumen PICC catheter retention, no thrombosis recurrence or aggravate the situation, until the completion of treatment after extubation, the remaining time of 67 ~89 (77.45 + 6.65) d. conclusion through careful treatment and care, can reduce the double lumen catheter related PICC the occurrence of complications and prolong the service time of catheter, enable patients to complete the treatment plan.
