【摘要】：由于對儀器設(shè)備的特殊需求,新生兒在災害中極易受到更大傷害。新生兒重癥監(jiān)護病房(NICU)應盡可能為各種災害做好準備。應急準備方案可保證NICU高效的災害應對能力。新生兒災害救援應根據(jù)實際情況做決策,如現(xiàn)有設(shè)備、藥物、人員配備等。災害應急準備中應包括倫理問題的解決方案,還應考慮災害后家屬及救援人員的心理需求。
[Abstract]:Due to special requirements for instruments and equipment. Newborns are highly vulnerable to greater harm in disasters. Neonatal intensive Care Unit (NICU). All kinds of disasters should be prepared as much as possible. The emergency preparedness scheme can ensure the NICU's effective disaster response ability. The newborn disaster rescue should make the decision according to the actual situation. Such as existing equipment, drugs, staffing, etc. The emergency preparedness for disasters should include ethical solutions, and should also consider the psychological needs of family members and rescue workers after the disaster.
