【摘要】：目的探討載脂蛋白A5(Apo A5)基因c.553G/T位點多態(tài)性與遵義漢族人群高膽固醇血癥(HTC)的相關性。方法采用聚合酶鏈反應限制性片長多態(tài)性(PCR-RFLP)技術檢測并分析101例HTC患者和118例正常對照者Apo A5基因c.553G/T位點多態(tài)性。結(jié)果兩組中Apo A5基因c.553G/T位點基因型頻率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),Apo A5 c.553T基因在HTC患者組中的分布頻率明顯高于正常對照組(P0.05),對HTC有獨立影響(OR=4.685,95%CI:1.269~17.296,P=0.020);各血脂指標比較更進一步驗證血脂指標比值比單相血脂檢測更具臨床意義。結(jié)論 Apo A5 c.553G/T位點多態(tài)性與遵義漢族人群HTC發(fā)病存在相關性;Apo A5 c.553T等位基因可能是HTC的獨立危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the polymorphism of apolipoprotein A5 apo A5) gene c. 553 G / T and hypercholesterolemia in Zunyi Han population. Methods Polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism PCR-RFLP was used. The polymorphism of Apo A5 gene c. 553 G / T locus in 101 patients with HTC and 118 normal controls was detected and analyzed. Results Apo was detected in both groups. The genotype frequencies of A5 gene c. 553G / T locus were significantly different (P < 0.05). P0.05). The distribution frequency of Apo A5 c. 553T gene in HTC group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P0. 05), and had an independent effect on HTC. 95 CI: 1.269, 17.296, Pu, 0.020; The ratio of blood lipid index is more significant than that of monophasic blood lipid detection. Conclusion Apo A5 is more important than monophasic blood lipid detection. The polymorphism of c. 553 G / T locus was associated with the incidence of HTC in Zunyi Han population. Apo A 5 c. 553 T allele may be an independent risk factor for HTC.
