生態(tài)文明視閾下西部資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,自然環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間存在的矛盾日益突出,為了緩解這種矛盾,黨的十七大報(bào)告中首次提出了“建設(shè)生態(tài)文明”的要求,這是我國(guó)政府對(duì)環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間矛盾的探索之舉,隨著理論與實(shí)踐的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,十八大報(bào)告中將生態(tài)文明建設(shè)作為中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)五位一體總體布局的一部分,明確提出了大力推進(jìn)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)。因此以生態(tài)文明的視閾研究經(jīng)濟(jì)、企業(yè)發(fā)展問題,提出對(duì)策,這是我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的迫切需要。我國(guó)西部地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況在全國(guó)一直處于平均線以下的地位,而作為地方經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱的資源型企業(yè)更是因逐年受到自然環(huán)境資源的限制而步步維艱,本文基于生態(tài)文明理論,通過比較分析法和交叉研究法等研究方法,對(duì)西部資源型企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,旨在尋求此類地區(qū)此類企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中遭遇環(huán)境與發(fā)展矛盾時(shí)的應(yīng)對(duì)之策。本文共分為四章內(nèi)容,在前言中,介紹了本文的研究背景和研究意義,對(duì)全文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和使用的研究方法給予了概括和總結(jié),最后介紹了本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于對(duì)實(shí)際應(yīng)用的指導(dǎo)和以生態(tài)文明看待問題的視角創(chuàng)新。第一章,綜述了本文所涉及的相關(guān)理論,首先介紹了與本文相關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)理論,即通過對(duì)生態(tài)文明理論的闡述,說明了全文的視角和出發(fā)點(diǎn);對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論的介紹說明了戰(zhàn)略的定義和類型,為本文后面的研究劃定了戰(zhàn)略選擇的范圍;西部資源型企業(yè)是本文的研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)資源型企業(yè)的研究和定義,明確了研究目標(biāo);在其他相關(guān)理論中,本文介紹了社會(huì)責(zé)任理論和循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論;并對(duì)西部資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究進(jìn)行了述評(píng);最后,本文通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的介紹,為西部資源型企業(yè)的發(fā)展給予啟示。第二章,運(yùn)用IFE、EFE戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析矩陣工具,系統(tǒng)分析了西部資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境特征,進(jìn)而明確西部資源型企業(yè)目前的發(fā)展困境和機(jī)遇,為企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇提供依據(jù)。第三章,通過上述西部資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀分析,對(duì)西部資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇進(jìn)行了SWOT分析,提出了西部資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略選擇的原則,據(jù)此,提出了以生態(tài)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為主的西部資源型企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并對(duì)西部資源型企業(yè)生態(tài)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、戰(zhàn)略重點(diǎn)以及戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施和價(jià)值創(chuàng)造路徑進(jìn)行了分析。第四章,從政府規(guī)制、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)、社會(huì)監(jiān)督等三個(gè)方面對(duì)西部資源型企業(yè)生態(tài)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障進(jìn)行了研究,提出了有效的政府規(guī)制、健全的企業(yè)生態(tài)文化、有力的社會(huì)監(jiān)督是保障西部資源型企業(yè)生態(tài)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的主要措施。最后,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),得出最終結(jié)論,對(duì)本文的不足之處進(jìn)行了分析,并展望了后續(xù)的研究。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the contradiction between natural environment and economic development is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to alleviate this contradiction, the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the requirement of "building ecological civilization". This is our government's exploration of the contradiction between environment and economic development. With the further development of theory and practice, the construction of ecological civilization in the report of the 18th National Congress is part of the overall layout of the five-in-one cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is clearly proposed to vigorously promote the construction of ecological civilization. Therefore, it is an urgent need for China's social and economic development to study the problems of economy and enterprise development from the perspective of ecological civilization and put forward some countermeasures. The economic situation in the western region of our country has always been below the average line, and the resource-based enterprises, as the mainstay of the local economy, are still struggling because of the restriction of natural environmental resources year by year. This paper is based on the theory of ecological civilization, which is based on the theory of ecological civilization. Through the methods of comparative analysis and cross-research, this paper studies the development strategy of resource-based enterprises in the western region, in order to find out the countermeasures to deal with the contradiction between environment and development in the development process of such enterprises in such areas. This paper is divided into four chapters. In the preface, the research background and significance of this paper are introduced, and the main research contents and research methods used in this paper are summarized and summarized. Finally, the innovation of this paper lies in the guidance to the practical application and the innovation from the angle of view of ecological civilization. In the first chapter, the related theories involved in this paper are summarized. Firstly, the basic theories related to this paper are introduced, that is, through the elaboration of the ecological civilization theory, the angle and starting point of the full text are explained. The introduction of enterprise strategy theory explains the definition and type of strategy, and delimits the scope of strategy choice for the later research in this paper. The western resource-based enterprise is the research object of this paper, through the research and the definition of the resource-based enterprise, the research goal is clear, in other related theories, this paper introduces the social responsibility theory and the circular economy theory; Finally, through the introduction of the development experience of resource-based enterprises at home and abroad, this paper gives some enlightenment to the development of resources-based enterprises in the west. In the second chapter, using the tool of IFE,EFE strategic environment analysis matrix, this paper systematically analyzes the internal and external environmental characteristics facing the development of the western resource-based enterprises, and then clarifies the current development difficulties and opportunities of the resources-based enterprises in the western regions. To provide the basis for the choice of enterprise development strategy. In the third chapter, through the analysis of the current situation of the development of the western resource-based enterprises, the SWOT analysis of the development strategy selection of the western resource-based enterprises is carried out, and the principles of the development strategy selection of the western resource-based enterprises are put forward. This paper puts forward the development strategy of the western resource-based enterprises, and analyzes the ecological strategic objectives, strategic emphasis, implementation and value creation path of the western resource-based enterprises. In the fourth chapter, from the three aspects of government regulation, corporate culture construction and social supervision, the author studies the protection of the implementation of the ecological development strategy of resource-based enterprises in the western region, and puts forward effective government regulation and sound enterprise ecological culture. Strong social supervision is the main measure to ensure the implementation of ecological development strategy for resource-based enterprises in western China. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, draws the final conclusion, analyzes the shortcomings of this paper, and looks forward to the follow-up research.
