重慶市水資源可持續(xù)利用能力的模糊評價

【摘要】:針對重慶市水資源時空分布不均、水資源利用率低以及水環(huán)境惡化等現(xiàn)狀,利用重慶市政府公開資料及統(tǒng)計資料,采用熵權和模糊綜合評判相結合的方法,對重慶市2005年-2014年水資源可持續(xù)利用能力進行評判.根據最大隸屬度的原則將水資源可持續(xù)利用能力劃分為5個等級,并采用等級賦值法對評價結果進行量化,計算出水資源可持續(xù)利用指數(shù).評價結果表明:重慶市水資源可持續(xù)利用能力整體上呈上升趨勢,2005年-2009年略有波動,降水量的多少對水資源可持續(xù)利用能力影響較大,2010年-2014年,水資源可持續(xù)利用能力指數(shù)從2.88持續(xù)上升到4.04,其中水資源開發(fā)利用程度貢獻最大.水資源與環(huán)境矛盾突出,成為制約水資源可持續(xù)利用的主要因素.
[Abstract]:In view of the present situation of the uneven distribution of water resources in time and space, the low utilization rate of water resources and the deterioration of water environment in Chongqing, the method of entropy weight combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is adopted by using the public and statistical data of Chongqing municipal government. The ability of sustainable utilization of water resources in Chongqing from 2005 to 2014 was evaluated. According to the principle of maximum degree of membership, the ability of sustainable utilization of water resources is divided into five grades, and the evaluation results are quantified by the method of grade assignment, and the index of sustainable utilization of water resources is calculated. The evaluation results show that the capacity of sustainable utilization of water resources in Chongqing is on the rise as a whole, and fluctuates slightly from 2005 to 2009, and the amount of precipitation has a great impact on the capacity of sustainable utilization of water resources. The capacity index of sustainable utilization of water resources increased from 2.88 to 4.04, in which the degree of water resources development and utilization contributed the most. The contradiction between water resources and environment is prominent and becomes the main factor that restricts the sustainable utilization of water resources.
