湖南省農(nóng)作物秸稈資源能源化利用潛力評價

【摘要】:能源是人類生存和發(fā)展的重要物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),它是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的原動力。伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,對能源的需求度提高,化石能源供需矛盾更加緊張,能源安全遭受嚴(yán)峻威脅。同時,人類對化石能源的大量利用引發(fā)了日益嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)問題,嚴(yán)重危害了人們的身體健康,受到社會的廣泛關(guān)注。面對能源和環(huán)境的雙重壓力,開發(fā)和利用可再生能源勢在必行。利用農(nóng)作物秸稈生產(chǎn)生物質(zhì)能源具有清潔、安全、可再生、可固碳的優(yōu)點(diǎn),是應(yīng)對能源和環(huán)境危機(jī)的新途徑。我國農(nóng)村農(nóng)作物秸稈綜合利用率不高,大量秸稈被焚燒廢棄,將這些秸稈能源化利用不僅可以減少化石能源的使用,減輕對大氣的污染,改善生態(tài)環(huán)境,還能減少農(nóng)村資源的浪費(fèi),促進(jìn)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。這既是實(shí)現(xiàn)循環(huán)和低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要途徑,又是解決環(huán)境污染、資源短缺等發(fā)展問題的重要手段。本研究以湖南省為例,估算農(nóng)作物秸稈總量,評價秸稈資源能源化潛力,并運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,分析湖南省秸稈資源能源化利用的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會、威脅,進(jìn)而提出湖南省秸稈資源能源化利用的實(shí)施對策和建議。研究結(jié)果表明,2013年湖南省農(nóng)作物秸稈資源量為3575.97萬噸,且呈緩慢增長趨勢,可收集總量為2821.04萬噸,可能源化利用量為1213.05萬噸,能源化潛力量為563.32萬噸標(biāo)準(zhǔn)煤,相當(dāng)于湖南省2013年全省規(guī)模工業(yè)綜合能源消費(fèi)量的10%;湖南省秸稈主要由水稻稈和油菜稈構(gòu)成,常德、益陽、衡陽、岳陽為秸稈資源豐富和集中區(qū),能源化潛力相對較大,適宜發(fā)展規(guī)模能源化產(chǎn)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:Energy is an important material basis for human survival and development, and it is the driving force of economic development. With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the demand for energy increases, the contradiction between supply and demand of fossil energy becomes more tense, and the energy security is severely threatened. At the same time, the extensive use of fossil energy has caused more and more serious ecological problems. Facing the dual pressure of energy and environment, it is imperative to develop and utilize renewable energy. Using crop straw to produce biomass energy has the advantages of clean, safe, renewable and carbon sequestration. It is a new way to deal with the crisis of energy and environment. The comprehensive utilization ratio of crop straw is not high in our country, a large amount of straw is burned and abandoned. The energy utilization of these straws can not only reduce the use of fossil energy, reduce the pollution to the atmosphere, but also improve the ecological environment. It can also reduce the waste of rural resources and promote the construction of new rural areas. This is not only an important way to realize cycle and low carbon economy, but also an important means to solve the problems of environmental pollution and shortage of resources. This study takes Hunan Province as an example, estimates the total amount of crop straw, evaluates the energy potential of straw resources, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of energy utilization of straw resources in Hunan Province by using SWOT analysis method. And then put forward the implementation countermeasures and suggestions of energy utilization of straw resources in Hunan Province. The results show that the amount of crop straw resource in Hunan Province is 35.7597 million tons in 2013, with a slow increasing trend. The total amount of crop straw collected is 28.2104 million tons, the potential source utilization is 12.1305 million tons, and the potential energy potential is 5.6332 million tons of standard coal. The straw of Hunan Province is mainly composed of rice straw and rape stalk. Changde, Yiyang, Hengyang and Yueyang are rich and concentrated areas of straw resources, and the energy potential is relatively large. Suitable for the development of scale energy industry.
