區(qū)域資源產(chǎn)出率核算方法及實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:資源產(chǎn)出率是科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的核心指標(biāo),國(guó)家及部分省域?qū)用嬉验_(kāi)展了相關(guān)研究。然而在市域及縣域?qū)用?資源產(chǎn)出率核算還缺乏統(tǒng)一的方法,制約了其推廣應(yīng)用。區(qū)域資源產(chǎn)出率核算一般主要采用統(tǒng)計(jì)和測(cè)算兩種方法,本研究根據(jù)對(duì)兩種方法特點(diǎn)對(duì)比結(jié)果,選用測(cè)算方法對(duì)市域及縣域?qū)用尜Y源產(chǎn)出率進(jìn)行核算。基于物質(zhì)流分析方法原理,初步構(gòu)建了市縣域資源產(chǎn)出率測(cè)算方法體系,并選擇鶴壁作為典型區(qū)域進(jìn)行了資源產(chǎn)出率實(shí)證研究。研究結(jié)果表明,測(cè)算方法利用常規(guī)公開(kāi)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)市縣域?qū)用尜Y源產(chǎn)出率進(jìn)行核算基本可行,可為市縣域資源產(chǎn)出率核算提供參考;鶴壁作為資源型城市,2010-2014年全市資源產(chǎn)出率總體呈較快上升趨勢(shì),資源消費(fèi)類型與當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源條件、產(chǎn)業(yè)特點(diǎn)密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The resource output rate is the core index of scientific evaluation of the development level of circular economy, and relevant studies have been carried out at the national and some provincial levels. However, at the level of city and county, there is still a lack of unified method of resource output accounting, which restricts its popularization and application. Statistics and calculation methods are mainly used in the calculation of regional resource output rate. According to the comparison of the characteristics of the two methods, this study selects the calculation method to calculate the resource output rate at the city and county levels. Based on the principle of material flow analysis method, this paper preliminarily constructs the method system of measuring resource output rate in city and county, and chooses Hebi as a typical area to carry out empirical research on resource output rate. The results show that the calculation method is feasible to calculate the resource output rate at the county level, which can provide a reference for the accounting of the resource output rate at the county level. As a resource-based city, the resource output rate of Hebi City from 2010 to 2014 showed a trend of rapid increase, and the type of resource consumption was closely related to the local resource conditions and industrial characteristics.
