【摘要】：通榆縣位于吉林省西部,降雨少,旱災、風災十分嚴重,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)量不高。通過實施“節(jié)水糧行動”,可以促進當?shù)剞r(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,提高農(nóng)民收入,而且還確保當?shù)氐募Z食安全和水資源安全。本文通過對通榆縣“節(jié)水增糧行動”水資源論證方案進行研究,提出了該地區(qū)開發(fā)利用水資源的方針舉措,對水資源的配置進行了調整和改良,達到了合理開發(fā)、有效保護水資源的目的,具有非常重要的實際意義。首先,本文對以往研究成果進行了調研,就研究區(qū)水資源開發(fā)利用狀況進行了定性分析。然后,在參考相關技術文件并結合當?shù)亟涤炅考巴寥佬再|的基礎上,采用定額法確定了需水量。同時,本文還參考了已有灌溉工程近幾年的灌溉經(jīng)驗,對灌溉需水量進行了綜合分析,確定了灌溉需水量。最后,根據(jù)地下水資源分區(qū)模型,計算出可采水量,確定了機井的布置方案。經(jīng)分析計算,確定出的水資源保障方案如下:方案區(qū)設計取水量7584萬m3,其中,新增面積取水3953.28萬m3,改造面積取水3630.72萬m3,改造面積較方案實施前節(jié)水6226.38萬m3。由于改造面積大、節(jié)水多,方案實施后比實施前節(jié)水2273.10萬m3,全縣取用水總量可減少到15348.2萬m3,地下水開發(fā)利用率可下降到36.9%,提高了通榆縣地下水開發(fā)潛力。通過地表水、地下水聯(lián)合供水,可保障通榆縣“節(jié)水增糧行動”對水資源的需求,可以取得明顯的環(huán)境效益和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:Tongyu county is located in the west of Jilin Province, less rainfall, drought disaster is very serious, agricultural production is not high. Through the implementation of the "water-saving grain", can promote the development of the local rural economy, increase farmers' income, but also to ensure food security and water resources security. Through the local county of Tongyu "water saving increasing grain" study on water resources demonstration project, put forward the development and utilization of water resources in the area of policy initiatives, the allocation of water resources has been adjusted and improved, to rational development, effective protection of water resources, it has very important practical significance. Firstly, this paper has conducted a survey of the previous research results, a qualitative analysis on the development and utilization of water resources in the study area. Then, in reference to the relevant technical documents and combining the local rainfall and soil properties, water demand is determined by using the quota method. At the same time, this paper also With reference to the experience in recent years, the existing irrigation irrigation project, on irrigation water requirements are analyzed, the irrigation water requirement. Finally, according to the groundwater resource partition model, calculate the recoverable water, determine the layout of wells. Through analysis, the water resources protection program to determine the design scheme: take the water of 75 million 840 thousand M3, of which, the new area of the water area of 39 million 532 thousand and 800 m3, 36 million 307 thousand and 200 m3 water transformation, transformation of the area is the first implementation of the program of 62 million 263 thousand and 800 m3. due to the transformation of water-saving area, water saving, after the implementation of the program than before the implementation of section 22 million 731 thousand M3 water, the water quantity can be reduced to 153 million 482 thousand M3, groundwater utilization rate can be reduced to 36.9%, improve the development potential of Tongyu county. The groundwater surface water, groundwater supply, can guarantee Tongyu County "increased water-saving grain" demand for water resources, can obtain obvious Environmental and economic benefits.
