【摘要】：基于資源-創(chuàng)新-低碳的分析框架,建立了Romer內(nèi)生增長(zhǎng)模型,從理論上討論了資源稟賦的開(kāi)發(fā)強(qiáng)度通過(guò)制約區(qū)域創(chuàng)新績(jī)效影響碳排放強(qiáng)度的間接影響機(jī)制;建立了二階段回歸模型和路徑分析模型,并利用三十一個(gè)省,市,自治區(qū)2001年—2011年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)和相應(yīng)的作用路徑分析.結(jié)果表明資源稟賦的開(kāi)發(fā)和區(qū)域創(chuàng)新績(jī)效存在倒U型關(guān)系,資源稟賦的開(kāi)發(fā)通過(guò)對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新的擠出效應(yīng)影響區(qū)城碳排放強(qiáng)度.資源稟賦的開(kāi)發(fā)通過(guò)減少創(chuàng)新部門(mén)的技術(shù)存量和FDI影響區(qū)域創(chuàng)新績(jī)效進(jìn)而阻礙了區(qū)域碳排放強(qiáng)度的降低.在推進(jìn)低碳發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,需注意影響碳排放因素間的相關(guān)性,強(qiáng)化因素間的協(xié)同作用.過(guò)度依賴資源的地區(qū)需要將資源開(kāi)發(fā)強(qiáng)度降低到11%,通過(guò)提高創(chuàng)新部門(mén)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員比例和FDI的比例弱化資源開(kāi)發(fā)對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新的擠出效應(yīng),提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)降低碳排放的貢獻(xiàn)度,實(shí)現(xiàn)能源,環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展.
[Abstract]:Based on the framework of Resource-Innovation-Low-carbon Analysis, this paper establishes the endogenous growth model of Romer, and theoretically discusses the indirect influence mechanism of the development intensity of resource endowment on carbon emission intensity through restricting regional innovation performance. A two-stage regression model and a path analysis model were established, and 31 provinces and municipalities were used. The statistical data of the autonomous region from 2001 to 2011 are tested and the corresponding action path analysis is carried out. The results show that the development of resource endowment and the regional innovation performance are inversely U-shaped. The development of resource endowment affects the intensity of regional carbon emission through the extrusion effect of regional innovation. The development of resource endowment affects the regional innovation performance by reducing the technological stock of the innovation sector and FDI, which hinders the regional carbon emission intensity. In the process of promoting low-carbon development, Need to pay attention to the correlation between factors affecting carbon emissions, It is necessary to reduce the intensity of resource development to 11 by increasing the proportion of professional and technical personnel in innovation department and the proportion of FDI to weaken the extrusion effect of resource development on regional innovation. Improve the contribution of technological innovation to reduce carbon emissions and achieve sustainable development of energy, environment and economy.
