新疆農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)能資源利用的綜合效益分析

【摘要】:生物質(zhì)能資源作為環(huán)境友好型的可再生能源,已經(jīng)成為新疆能源開發(fā)利用的重要組成部分。在新疆發(fā)展生物質(zhì)能源有良好的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),土地資源豐富,自然地理環(huán)境適宜農(nóng)牧業(yè)的發(fā)展,加之新疆政府的重視與政策的支持力度大,新疆生物質(zhì)能產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)開始蓬勃發(fā)展。 本文首先對新疆農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)能資源量進行了估算、分析了2003-2012年的十年間三類生物資源蘊藏量的變化趨勢,并選擇2012年分析其地區(qū)分布特點。從新疆農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)資源豐富的蘊藏量中,可知新疆發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)能源的潛力巨大。但是新疆農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)能資源在區(qū)域分布上不均,且生物質(zhì)能資源的蘊藏量與自然條件關(guān)聯(lián)性比較大。 其次,文中分別分析了秸稈、牲畜糞便及能源作物三大類生物質(zhì)能資源的綜合效益,包括經(jīng)濟效益、環(huán)境效益和社會效益三個方面。通過計算農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)能資源所替代的化石燃料的經(jīng)濟價值,來估算生物質(zhì)能源的經(jīng)濟效益。從使用農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)能資源可替代的化石能源所能減少對大氣的污染量來分析能源農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展帶來的環(huán)境效益。最后定性分析出由經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境所引發(fā)的社會效益。研究區(qū)域中,牲畜糞便的經(jīng)濟效益值和環(huán)境效益值最大,顯示出在新疆沼氣利用的可喜成績。 最后,,指出新疆發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)生物質(zhì)能源存在的一些問題,并根據(jù)問題提出相應的對策建議。新疆政府在發(fā)展生物質(zhì)能源產(chǎn)業(yè)時應當加大投資扶持力度,優(yōu)化收儲運模式,建立技術(shù)保障體系。在產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展時應注意產(chǎn)業(yè)整體布局、因地制宜,要注重兼顧經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境和社會效益,使之綜合效益最大化。
[Abstract]:Biomass resources as an environmentally friendly renewable energy, has become an important part of energy development and utilization of Xinjiang. There is a good material foundation in Xinjiang, the development of biomass energy, land rich in resources, the development of the natural geographical environment suitable for agriculture and animal husbandry, and the attention of the government of Xinjiang and the policy support, Xinjiang biomass energy industry has begun to flourish development.
This paper first estimates of agricultural biomass resources in Xinjiang, analyzes the change trend of the amount of 2003-2012 years between ten and three kinds of biological resources, and analyzes the regional distribution characteristics in 2012. From the reserves of Xinjiang agricultural biomass resources, the potential of the development of Xinjiang agricultural biomass energy is huge. But the agricultural biomass resources in Xinjiang at the regional distribution is uneven, and the biomass energy resource reserves and natural conditions of relatively large correlation.
Secondly, this paper analyses the comprehensive benefits of straw, livestock manure and energy crops three kinds of biomass resources, including three aspects: economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits. Through the calculation of agricultural biomass resources instead of fossil fuels to estimate the economic value of biomass energy economic benefits from the use of agricultural biomass resources. Alternative fossil energy can bring energy analysis of agricultural development and environmental benefits to reduce the amount of pollution of the atmosphere. The qualitative analysis caused by the economic and social environment. In the research area, livestock manure economic benefits and environmental benefits of the maximum value, showing in Xinjiang gratifying achievements of biogas utilization.
Finally, some problems that Xinjiang's development of agricultural biomass energy, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems in Xinjiang. The government should be in the development of biomass energy industry to support efforts to increase investment, optimize the charge transportation model, establish the technical guarantee system. In the industrial development should pay attention to the overall layout of the industry, according to local conditions, to focus on economic. Environmental and social benefits, the maximum comprehensive benefits.
