【摘要】：由于經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速進(jìn)步及農(nóng)業(yè)的集約化發(fā)展,中國(guó)水、土、肥料等農(nóng)業(yè)資源仍存在利用程度較低、生態(tài)環(huán)境污染較嚴(yán)重等問題。國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)者針對(duì)特定區(qū)域的農(nóng)業(yè)資源高效利用和生態(tài)保護(hù)模式及其適應(yīng)性方面開展了一些研究,但完整性和系統(tǒng)性還不夠。提出了農(nóng)業(yè)資源生態(tài)持續(xù)化及其建設(shè)路徑的概念,總結(jié)了區(qū)域差異、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、政策條件及技術(shù)支撐等五方面是影響農(nóng)業(yè)資源生態(tài)持續(xù)化建設(shè)路徑的主要因素。農(nóng)業(yè)資源生態(tài)持續(xù)化建設(shè)路徑的構(gòu)成要素包括核心模式、支撐技術(shù)、實(shí)施主體、組織方式和運(yùn)行機(jī)制五方面。通過影響因素分析和路徑要素搭建,分析各要素的功能及相互作用,明確了建設(shè)路徑是以適用模式為核心,以關(guān)鍵技術(shù)為支撐,在實(shí)施主體的推動(dòng)作用下,通過采用特定的組織方式和機(jī)制而運(yùn)行。該文歸納了不同區(qū)域的農(nóng)業(yè)資源生態(tài)持續(xù)化建設(shè)路徑,為政府、公眾了解農(nóng)業(yè)資源生態(tài)持續(xù)化建設(shè)路徑的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:As a result of rapid economic progress and intensive agricultural development, agricultural resources such as water, soil, fertilizer and other agricultural resources in China are still low in utilization. Domestic scholars have carried out some studies on the efficient use of agricultural resources and ecological protection models and their adaptability in specific regions. However, the integrality and systematization are not enough. The concept of ecological sustainability of agricultural resources and its construction path are put forward, and regional differences, industrial structure and economic development are summarized. Policy conditions and technical support are the main factors that affect the path of sustainable construction of agricultural resources ecology. The main elements of the path of ecological sustainable construction of agricultural resources include the core mode, supporting technology, and the main body of implementation. Through the analysis of the influencing factors and the construction of the path elements, the function and interaction of the elements are analyzed, and it is clear that the construction path is based on the applicable mode and supported by the key technology. This paper summarizes the sustainable construction path of agricultural resources in different regions by adopting specific organization mode and mechanism. The public understand the current situation and development of sustainable construction of agricultural resources.
