【摘要】：正弦余弦算法是一種新型智能優(yōu)化算法,利用正弦函數(shù)和余弦函數(shù)值的變化來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化搜索。轉(zhuǎn)換參數(shù)直接影響算法全局探索和局部開發(fā)的平衡,對(duì)算法的性能有著重要影響。為提高該算法的優(yōu)化性能,首先對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)換參數(shù)的設(shè)置進(jìn)行分析,然后設(shè)計(jì)出轉(zhuǎn)換參數(shù)拋物線函數(shù)遞減和指數(shù)函數(shù)遞減兩種正弦余弦算法,并采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試函數(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)值實(shí)驗(yàn),和轉(zhuǎn)換參數(shù)線性遞減的基本正弦余弦算法進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明指數(shù)函數(shù)遞減的正弦余弦算法具有更高的計(jì)算精度和更快的收斂速度。最后以協(xié)同過(guò)濾推薦算法中相似度函數(shù)的計(jì)算為應(yīng)用對(duì)象,進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證新算法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Sinusoidal cosine algorithm is a new intelligent optimization algorithm, which uses the change of sinusoidal function and cosine function value to realize the optimization search. The conversion parameters directly affect the balance between global exploration and local development of the algorithm, and have an important impact on the performance of the algorithm. In order to improve the optimization performance of the algorithm, the setting of conversion parameters is analyzed, and then two sinusoidal cosine algorithms, parabola function decline and exponential function decline, are designed, and the standard test function is used to carry out numerical experiments. It is compared with the basic sinusoidal cosine algorithm with linear decline of conversion parameters. The results show that the sinusoidal cosine algorithm with decreasing exponential function has higher calculation accuracy and faster convergence speed. Finally, the calculation of similarity function in collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm is taken as the application object to further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the new algorithm.
