【摘要】：本文基于碳基導(dǎo)電膠,設(shè)計(jì)了兩種圓柱形壓阻式柔性壓力傳感器,并對(duì)其性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析.結(jié)果表明,具有中空結(jié)構(gòu)且內(nèi)徑為1 cm的傳感器具有優(yōu)良的彈性和靈敏的傳感性能,耐用性良好且測(cè)量壓力范圍較大,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景.
[Abstract]:In this paper, two kinds of cylindrical piezoresistive pressure sensors are designed based on carbon-based conductive adhesive, and their performance is tested and analyzed. The results show that the sensor with the hollow structure and the inner diameter of 1 cm has excellent elasticity and sensitive sensing performance, the durability is good, the measuring pressure range is large, and the sensor has wide application prospect.
