傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀干涉信號采集技術研究

【摘要】:針對傅里葉變換紅外光譜儀中紅外干涉信號在零光程差處出現(xiàn)峰值,零光程差外信號減弱與噪聲相似,整體動態(tài)范圍大這一特點,設計了基于分段增益控制的采集系統(tǒng)。通過程控增益放大模塊以及基于FPGA的多路采集模塊實現(xiàn)紅外干涉信號的高動態(tài)范圍采集。模擬干涉信號的測試表明該設計方案可以改善ZPD外弱信號采集,提高系統(tǒng)動態(tài)范圍,還原真實光譜。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the characteristic that the infrared interference signal in Fourier transform infrared spectrometer has a peak value at zero optical path difference, the zero optical path difference external signal is similar to noise, and the whole dynamic range is large, a acquisition system based on piecewise gain control is designed. The high dynamic range acquisition of infrared interference signal is realized by program controlled gain amplification module and multi-channel acquisition module based on FPGA. The test of analog interference signal shows that the design scheme can improve the acquisition of weak signal outside ZPD, improve the dynamic range of the system and restore the real spectrum.
