基于事件驅(qū)動(dòng)的石油裝備產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著新一代信息技術(shù)與制造業(yè)兩化融合的深度發(fā)展,對(duì)企業(yè)變革產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,促進(jìn)了企業(yè)新的生產(chǎn)方式、商業(yè)模式以及利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)的形成。利用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),把遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控、故障診斷和售后服務(wù)相結(jié)合,搭建遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),以實(shí)現(xiàn)更直觀、實(shí)時(shí)地了解石油裝備產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行情況,記錄完整的產(chǎn)品運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),輔助解決產(chǎn)品問(wèn)題,對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行及時(shí)的提醒和處理,降低成本、提高效率和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)服務(wù)質(zhì)量。為了有效提高企業(yè)售后服務(wù)能力與質(zhì)量,根據(jù)石油裝備企業(yè)產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求,基于事件驅(qū)動(dòng)的面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)模型,本文設(shè)計(jì)了以監(jiān)測(cè)消息發(fā)布訂閱機(jī)制為核心的石油裝備產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),提出總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,并進(jìn)行模塊化設(shè)計(jì)。本文主要進(jìn)行了以下研究:(1)基于消息中間件技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了消息監(jiān)測(cè)服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)。該子系統(tǒng)是遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行信息交互的核心支撐,具有消息通信模塊、事件處理模塊、管理配置模塊等。該子系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)各子系統(tǒng)之間的消息異步傳輸、監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)和報(bào)警事件的實(shí)時(shí)訂閱發(fā)布以及監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的分發(fā)處理功能。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)用戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的設(shè)備使用情況進(jìn)行分析設(shè)計(jì)了設(shè)備接入子系統(tǒng)。實(shí)現(xiàn)將監(jiān)測(cè)儀器通過(guò)配置的方式接入到系統(tǒng),并將監(jiān)測(cè)儀器采集到的設(shè)備運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化轉(zhuǎn)換后以統(tǒng)一的方式接入到系統(tǒng),通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸,傳回后方遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的消息監(jiān)測(cè)服務(wù)子系統(tǒng)。論文研究了基于事件驅(qū)動(dòng)的面向服務(wù)架構(gòu)、消息的發(fā)布訂閱機(jī)制,設(shè)計(jì)了石油裝備產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備接入管理、報(bào)警模型管理、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)測(cè)、報(bào)警提醒、技術(shù)支持等功能。經(jīng)過(guò)功能及性能測(cè)試,該系統(tǒng)能夠滿足用戶對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、運(yùn)行實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)的監(jiān)測(cè)及遠(yuǎn)程技術(shù)服務(wù)的需求,有效提升了產(chǎn)品售后的技術(shù)服務(wù)效率。
[Abstract]:With the deep development of the integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry, it has had a profound influence on the enterprise reform, and has promoted the formation of the new mode of production, business model and profit growth point of the enterprise. By using Internet of things technology, remote monitoring, fault diagnosis and after-sales service are combined to build a remote monitoring system to realize a more intuitive and real-time understanding of the operation situation of petroleum equipment products, and to record complete product operation data. Assist to solve product problems, timely remind and deal with possible problems, reduce cost, improve efficiency and technical service quality. In order to improve the after-sales service ability and quality of the enterprise effectively, according to the actual business demand of the remote monitoring of the petroleum equipment enterprise product, based on the event-driven service-oriented architecture model, In this paper, a remote monitoring system for petroleum equipment products is designed, which is based on the mechanism of monitoring message publish and subscribe, and the overall design scheme is put forward, and the modularization design is carried out. The main research work of this paper is as follows: (1) the message monitoring service subsystem is designed based on message middleware technology. This subsystem is the core support of remote monitoring system for information exchange, including message communication module, event handling module, management configuration module and so on. This subsystem realizes the asynchronous transmission of messages between the subsystems. The functions of real-time subscription and publication of monitoring data and alarm events and the distribution and processing of monitoring data. (2) the device access subsystem is designed by analyzing the use of the equipment in the user site. The monitoring instrument can be connected to the system by configuration, and the equipment operation data collected by the monitoring instrument can be connected to the system in a unified way after standardized conversion, and transmitted through the network. Message monitoring service subsystem returned to the rear remote monitoring system. Based on the event-driven service-oriented architecture, the mechanism of publish and subscribe of message, the remote monitoring system of petroleum equipment product is designed in this paper. The remote monitoring system of petroleum equipment is designed, which realizes the management of field equipment access, alarm model management, real-time data monitoring and alarm warning. Technical support and other functions. Through the function and performance test, the system can meet the user's demand for the equipment running state, real-time data monitoring and remote technical service, and effectively improve the efficiency of after-sale technical service.
