【摘要】：針對工藝規(guī)劃與調(diào)度集成(integration of process planning and scheduling,IPPS)問題求解復(fù)雜性,為提高求解效率,設(shè)計(jì)了包含探索種群、尋優(yōu)種群和最優(yōu)種群的多群體混合進(jìn)化算法,通過運(yùn)用混合遺傳算法和基于聚類淘汰機(jī)制的差分進(jìn)化算法分別更新探索種群中工藝鏈和加工順序鏈,保持可行解多樣性和差異性;然后利用克隆領(lǐng)域搜索算法完成尋優(yōu)種群中可行解的克隆和領(lǐng)域搜索,進(jìn)一步提高種群質(zhì)量;最后按照精英保留策略更新最優(yōu)種群獲得全局最優(yōu)解。通過實(shí)例計(jì)算對比,結(jié)果顯示算法搜索效率和求解質(zhì)量均有明顯改善,且穩(wěn)定性較好,表明該算法求解IPPS問題的可行性及優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the complexity of solving process planning and scheduling (integration of process planning and scheduling,IPPS) problem, a multi-population hybrid evolutionary algorithm, which includes exploring population, optimizing population and optimal population, is designed to improve the efficiency of solving the problem. By using hybrid genetic algorithm and differential evolution algorithm based on clustering elimination mechanism to update the process chain and process sequence chain respectively to maintain the diversity and diversity of feasible solutions. Then the clone domain search algorithm is used to complete the cloning and domain search of the feasible solution in the optimal population to further improve the quality of the population. Finally, the global optimal solution is obtained by updating the optimal population according to the elite retention strategy. The results show that the search efficiency and the quality of the algorithm are improved obviously, and the stability of the algorithm is good, which indicates the feasibility and superiority of the algorithm in solving the IPPS problem.
