巨磁阻傳感器的溫度補(bǔ)償電路系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:巨磁阻傳感器具有靈敏度高、易小型化、能耗低、應(yīng)用前景廣泛等特點(diǎn),但其靈敏度易受溫度的影響,在高性能應(yīng)用中需進(jìn)行必要的溫度補(bǔ)償。文中設(shè)計針對課題組研制的VA100F3自旋閥巨磁阻傳感器靈敏度的溫度特性,采用CMOS溫度傳感器來采集溫度信號,并通過模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榭刂菩盘?進(jìn)而調(diào)節(jié)可調(diào)增益放大器的增益,以補(bǔ)償溫度變化所導(dǎo)致的GMR傳感器靈敏度的變化,巨磁阻傳感器溫度補(bǔ)償前后的靈敏度溫度系數(shù)分別是2 498 ppm/℃和678ppm/℃,達(dá)到了較好的補(bǔ)償效果。系統(tǒng)各電路均基于CSMC 0.5μm Mix-Signal工藝進(jìn)行設(shè)計,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)單芯片集成。
[Abstract]:Giant magnetoresistive sensor (GMR) is characterized by high sensitivity, easy miniaturization, low energy consumption and wide application prospects. However, the sensitivity of GMR is easily affected by temperature, which requires necessary temperature compensation in high performance applications. In this paper, according to the temperature characteristic of the sensitivity of VA100F3 spin-valve giant magnetoresistive sensor developed by our research group, the temperature signal is collected by CMOS temperature sensor and converted into control signal by A / D converter. Furthermore, the gain of the tunable gain amplifier is adjusted to compensate for the change of the sensitivity of the GMR sensor caused by the change of temperature.
