基于自組織映射網(wǎng)絡的制造服務模塊動態(tài)創(chuàng)建方法

【摘要】:針對商業(yè)生態(tài)環(huán)境中制造服務運作的復雜性,建立了制造服務模塊化理論模型。該模型包括制造服務模塊的內(nèi)涵和動態(tài)創(chuàng)建過程,初步實現(xiàn)了制造服務模塊動態(tài)創(chuàng)建,為制造服務模塊化奠定基礎。應用突變理論構建了制造服務模塊的產(chǎn)品度和服務度概念,并建立了制造服務模塊測度模型及算法。在此基礎上,提出制造服務模塊動態(tài)聚類的自組織映射網(wǎng)絡策略。通過制造服務模塊動態(tài)聚類的示例,驗證了制造服務模塊測度模型的有效性,以及基于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡和模塊化技術建模的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In view of the complexity of manufacturing service operation in commercial ecological environment, the modularization theory model of manufacturing service is established. The model includes the connotation of manufacturing service module and the process of dynamic creation. It realizes the dynamic creation of manufacturing service module and lays a foundation for manufacturing service modularization. The concept of product size and service degree of manufacturing service module is constructed by using catastrophe theory, and the measurement model and algorithm of manufacturing service module are established. On this basis, a self-organizing mapping network strategy for dynamic clustering of manufacturing service modules is proposed. Through the example of dynamic clustering of manufacturing service modules, the validity of the measurement model of manufacturing service modules and the superiority of modeling based on neural network and modularization technology are verified.
