【摘要】：引入專家知識已成為小數(shù)據(jù)集條件下貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)建模的主流方法,然而,專家知識是否正確直接決定了算法的結(jié)果和性能。因此,在考慮專家知識正確性的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)學習問題展開研究。首先,建立一種基于連接概率分布的結(jié)構(gòu)約束模型來表示專家知識,進而結(jié)合該約束模型對貝葉斯信息準則(Bayesian information criterions,BIC)評分進行改進;最后,利用K2算法學習貝葉斯網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。實驗結(jié)果表明,在小數(shù)據(jù)集條件下本文所提算法不僅能將專家知識引入到學習過程中,進而改善學習效果,并且對不完全正確的專家知識有一定的適應性。
[Abstract]:The introduction of expert knowledge has become the mainstream method of Bayesian network modeling under the condition of small data set. However, whether the expert knowledge is correct or not directly determines the result and performance of the algorithm. Therefore, on the basis of considering the correctness of expert knowledge, this paper studies the learning of Bayesian network structure. Firstly, a structural constraint model based on join probability distribution is established to represent the expert knowledge, and then the Bayesian information criterion (Bayesian information criterions,BIC) score is improved by using the constraint model. Finally, the Bayesian network structure is studied by using K2 algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can not only introduce the expert knowledge into the learning process, but also improve the learning effect under the condition of small data set, and it also has certain adaptability to the incomplete expert knowledge.
