【摘要】：正機器人手術(shù)因切口小、感染少、康復(fù)快、學(xué)習(xí)曲線短受到外科醫(yī)生的歡迎。國內(nèi)外多家醫(yī)院將手術(shù)機器人應(yīng)用于子宮肌瘤、盆腔器官脫垂、子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥、宮頸癌、子宮內(nèi)膜癌及卵巢癌等婦科良惡性疾病的手術(shù)治療中,企圖從眾多臨床案例中分析機器人婦科手術(shù)的利弊以綜合利用各種手術(shù)手段,使患者受益。1機器人手術(shù)的發(fā)展史第一代手術(shù)機器人:例如PUMA560能夠在CT引導(dǎo)下行腦腫瘤活檢,PROBOT可以輔助完成經(jīng)尿
[Abstract]:Orthobot surgery is welcomed by surgeons because of its small incision, less infection, quick recovery and short learning curve. In many hospitals at home and abroad, surgical robots are used to treat benign and malignant gynecological diseases such as uterine leiomyoma, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, cervical cancer, endometrial carcinoma and ovarian cancer. This paper attempts to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of robotic gynecological surgery from many clinical cases in order to make comprehensive use of various surgical methods. The first generation of robotic surgery: for example, PUMA560 can perform brain tumor biopsy under CT guidance. PROBOT can assist in the completion of transurethral surgery.
