肢體康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器主從控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器是肢體功能障礙患者進(jìn)行肢體康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的重要輔助工具。目前我國(guó)市面上大部分康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器還是純機(jī)械式的裝置,智能化程度不足。如何對(duì)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器進(jìn)行電控化改造,使康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器向信息化、智能化發(fā)展,成為健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究熱點(diǎn)。論文通過對(duì)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練進(jìn)行需求分析,針對(duì)山西澳瑞特健康產(chǎn)業(yè)股份有限公司的某系列氣動(dòng)式康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器,設(shè)計(jì)一套信息化主從控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)包括嵌入式硬件控制系統(tǒng)、訓(xùn)練器的人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)以及醫(yī)生端遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)管理系統(tǒng)三部分。(1)嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以stm32f103作為主控,通過對(duì)高頻開關(guān)電磁閥的控制和氣壓傳感器的檢測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn)氣缸氣壓力的閉環(huán)控制;通過位移傳感器對(duì)肢體活動(dòng)度進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè);通過穿戴心率帶對(duì)訓(xùn)練者進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)心率檢測(cè)。設(shè)計(jì)串口數(shù)據(jù)通信模塊,方便與人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)通信,設(shè)計(jì)Bootloader模塊,方便用戶進(jìn)行在線升級(jí)程序。(2)人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)以搭載Android操作系統(tǒng)的平板作為平臺(tái),編制人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)。通過與嵌入式控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行康復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)交互,在界面上實(shí)時(shí)顯示運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)參數(shù),顯示康復(fù)訓(xùn)練運(yùn)動(dòng)幅度曲線。設(shè)計(jì)無(wú)線通信模塊,通過與遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行通信。(3)監(jiān)護(hù)管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)基于MFC框架進(jìn)行開發(fā),基于HBase數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)編制的患者信息管理模塊,對(duì)患者康復(fù)信息管理;基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù)、雙緩沖繪圖技術(shù)與OSG技術(shù)編制實(shí)時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)模塊,通過與人機(jī)交互系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)交互,一方面進(jìn)行處方下達(dá),另一方面對(duì)康復(fù)動(dòng)作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行二維曲線監(jiān)測(cè)和三維視景監(jiān)測(cè)。經(jīng)過實(shí)機(jī)測(cè)試,康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器控制系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了自主訓(xùn)練、處方訓(xùn)練及在線測(cè)試訓(xùn)練的控制需求,系統(tǒng)提高了康復(fù)訓(xùn)練器的智能化與信息化,已經(jīng)得到市場(chǎng)的初步認(rèn)可,具有一定的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Rehabilitation training device is an important auxiliary tool for limb rehabilitation training in patients with limb dysfunction. At present, most rehabilitation training devices in our country are pure mechanical devices, and the degree of intelligence is not enough. How to carry on the electric control transformation to the rehabilitation training device, make the rehabilitation training device to the information, the intelligence development, becomes the health industry research hot spot. Based on the demand analysis of rehabilitation training, a set of information-based master-slave control system is designed for a series of pneumatic rehabilitation trainers of Shanxi Aurit Health Industry Co., Ltd. The system includes three parts: the embedded hardware control system, the man-machine interaction system of the trainer and the remote monitoring management system of the doctor. (1) the embedded control system. The system takes stm32f103 as the main control, realizes the closed loop control of the cylinder gas pressure by controlling the high frequency switch solenoid valve and the air pressure sensor, and carries on the real-time detection of the limb motion through the displacement sensor. Real-time exercise heart rate was measured by wearing heart rate band. The serial port data communication module is designed to communicate with man-machine interactive system conveniently, and the Bootloader module is designed to facilitate the user to carry on the on-line upgrade program. (2) Human-machine interaction system. The system takes the flat plate with Android operating system as the platform, and compiles the man-machine interaction system. By interacting with the data of rehabilitation movement state of embedded control system, the parameters of motion state are displayed in real time on the interface, and the amplitude curve of rehabilitation training is displayed. Design wireless communication module, through communication with remote monitoring management system. (3) Monitoring management system. The system is developed on the basis of MFC framework, patient information management module based on HBase database, real-time motion monitoring module based on network communication technology, double buffer drawing technology and OSG technology. Through the data interaction with the human-computer interaction system, on the one hand, the prescription is given; on the other hand, the state of rehabilitation action is monitored by two-dimensional curve and three-dimensional visual monitoring. Through the actual computer test, the control system of rehabilitation training device has realized the control demand of independent training, prescription training and online test training, and the system has improved the intelligence and information of the rehabilitation training device, which has been preliminarily recognized by the market. It has certain social and economic benefits.
