基于DSP芯片的高精度恒溫控制系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:以TMS320F28335處理器為控制核心設計了一個恒溫控制系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由溫度測量與采集、半導體制冷片驅動、顯示和存儲等模塊組成。采用高精度測溫儀采集溫度數(shù)據(jù),溫度偏差經(jīng)過PID算法處理控制程控電源輸出直流電流來調(diào)節(jié)半導體制冷片的制冷量,實現(xiàn)恒溫箱的溫度控制。實驗結果表明:設定值為20℃時,系統(tǒng)的過渡過程小于2 h,穩(wěn)態(tài)時溫度波動小于0.03℃。該系統(tǒng)可被用來控制恒溫箱,且具有能耗小、體積小、易搬運、成本低、操作方便等優(yōu)點。
[Abstract]:A constant temperature control system is designed with TMS320F28335 processor as the control core. The system is composed of temperature measurement and acquisition module, semiconductor refrigeration chip driver, display and storage module. The temperature data are collected by high precision thermometer and the temperature deviation is controlled by pid algorithm to control the output DC current of the programmable power supply to adjust the refrigerating capacity of the semiconductor refrigerant and to realize the temperature control of the thermostat. The experimental results show that the transition process of the system is less than 2 h and the temperature fluctuation is less than 0.03 鈩,
