【摘要】：為了提高BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法的分類準(zhǔn)確率和運(yùn)行時(shí)間效率,利用PSO算法和并行化設(shè)計(jì)的思想,提出了Hadoop平臺(tái)下基于MapReduce的PSO優(yōu)化BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的并行化設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。利用PSO算法優(yōu)化BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的初始權(quán)值和閾值,提高算法分類準(zhǔn)確率;采用MapReduce并行編程模型實(shí)現(xiàn)算法的并行化處理,解決了BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在處理大規(guī)模樣本數(shù)據(jù)集時(shí)存在的硬件開(kāi)銷和通信開(kāi)銷大的問(wèn)題。選用SUN Database場(chǎng)景圖像庫(kù)構(gòu)造了5個(gè)不同規(guī)模的數(shù)據(jù)集,通過(guò)與傳統(tǒng)的串行PSO-BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)比,并行化的PSO-BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)算法分類準(zhǔn)確率達(dá)92%左右,系統(tǒng)效率在0.85左右,在處理大規(guī)模數(shù)據(jù)集時(shí)具有明顯的優(yōu)越性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the classification accuracy and running time efficiency of BP neural network algorithm, the parallel design and implementation method of PSO optimization BP neural network based on MapReduce under Hadoop platform is proposed by using PSO algorithm and parallel design idea. The PSO algorithm is used to optimize the initial weights and thresholds of BP neural network to improve the classification accuracy of the algorithm, and the parallel programming model of MapReduce is used to realize the parallelization of the algorithm. The problem of large hardware overhead and communication overhead of BP neural network in dealing with large sample data sets is solved. Five data sets of different scales are constructed by using sun Database scene image database. By comparing with the traditional serial PSO-BP neural network algorithm, the classification accuracy of parallel PSO-BP neural network algorithm is about 92%, and the system efficiency is about 0.85. It has obvious advantages in dealing with large data sets.
