【摘要】：針對(duì)極限學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)容易導(dǎo)致過擬合、泛化能力小等局限性,采用移動(dòng)加權(quán)極限學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)和正則極限學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)優(yōu)化算法,平衡原始極限學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)存在的結(jié)構(gòu)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高極限學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)的泛化能力;并用該算法對(duì)墨西哥帽子函數(shù)進(jìn)行三維重構(gòu)虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,這兩種算法能夠有效的降低重構(gòu)誤差,提高算法的泛化能力。該仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)可用于神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及Matlab虛擬仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué),對(duì)提高學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力,編程與調(diào)試能力起到積極作用。
[Abstract]:In view of the limitation that extreme learning machine is easy to overfit and the generalization ability is small, the optimization algorithm of mobile weighted ultimate learning machine and regular ultimate learning machine is adopted to balance the structural risk and empirical risk of the original ultimate learning machine. The generalization ability of ultimate learning machine is improved, and the virtual simulation experiment of 3D reconstruction of Mexican hat function is carried out by using the algorithm. Experiments show that these two algorithms can effectively reduce the reconstruction error and improve the generalization ability of the algorithm. The simulation experiment can be used in the teaching of neural network and Matlab virtual simulation experiment. It plays an active role in improving students' ability of autonomous learning, programming and debugging.
