【摘要】：指出礦用自卸汽車周圍存在的巨大盲區(qū)及駕駛員操作不當是導致事故頻發(fā)的主要原因,并針對礦用汽車的結構特點和盲區(qū)實時監(jiān)控問題,采用CAN總線技術、雷達監(jiān)測技術、視頻監(jiān)測技術和PLC技術,設計了礦用自卸汽車安全監(jiān)控自動報警系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)可利用LED報警閃光燈、語音報警器、蜂鳴器及視頻監(jiān)測等功能模塊實現(xiàn)三級預警提示和視頻判斷,能夠有效解決礦用汽車周圍盲區(qū)實時監(jiān)控與規(guī)避危險等問題,為后續(xù)無人駕駛礦用自卸汽車實時監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)提供參考。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that the large blind area around the mine dump truck and the improper operation of the driver are the main reasons leading to the frequent accidents. Aiming at the structural characteristics and the real-time monitoring problem of the blind area of the mine vehicle, can bus technology and radar monitoring technology are adopted. Video monitoring technology and PLC technology, the design of mine dump vehicle safety monitoring and automatic alarm system. The system can use LED alarm flash, voice alarm, buzzer and video monitoring module to realize three-level warning and video judgment, which can effectively solve the problems of real-time monitoring and avoiding danger in the blind area around mine vehicles. It provides a reference for the research and development of the real-time monitoring system of self-dump truck.
