電網(wǎng)綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)一體化平臺的研究

【摘要】:國網(wǎng)公司正全面建設堅強智能電網(wǎng),大力推進“三集五大”體系建設。其中大運行、大檢修體系建設要求加強業(yè)務整合,推進設備巡檢、維護、操作的一體化管理,提高設備檢修和運維效率。隨著變電站視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)全面采用網(wǎng)絡傳輸,電網(wǎng)的廣域通信網(wǎng)和調(diào)度數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)的全面覆蓋,為變電站遠程監(jiān)控的應用提供技術支撐。當前電網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控設備多為輔助手段,僅考慮變電站周界環(huán)境的監(jiān)視,對設備區(qū)的監(jiān)視能力不足。視頻監(jiān)控設備型號繁多、功能不同、設計標準各異、通訊接口不兼容,導致電網(wǎng)各輔助系統(tǒng)間無法實現(xiàn)信息的互通和資源的共享,很難將區(qū)域電網(wǎng)內(nèi)變電站的所有輔助監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)集中整合到在一個系統(tǒng)平臺進行集中監(jiān)控和管理。同時視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)不能與變電站一次設備關聯(lián),要觀察現(xiàn)場設備細節(jié),需要經(jīng)過復雜的云臺操作,不能滿足調(diào)控運行對現(xiàn)場設備狀態(tài)監(jiān)視的需求。針對安徽電網(wǎng)運行需求和監(jiān)控現(xiàn)狀,以國網(wǎng)公司頒布的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、設計和接入標準為依據(jù),開發(fā)了適用于電網(wǎng)生產(chǎn)運行實際的綜合監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)一體化平臺。(1)綜合運用可視化邏輯建模、多碼流媒體、調(diào)度智能聯(lián)動等技術,實現(xiàn)對變電站設備及環(huán)境的實時視頻監(jiān)控;(2)接入變電站環(huán)境監(jiān)測、門禁控制、消防報警、周界安防等信息,形成電網(wǎng)綜合監(jiān)控一體化平臺;(3)實現(xiàn)對省內(nèi)500k V及以上變電站的遠程輔助監(jiān)控,從而滿足國網(wǎng)公司大生產(chǎn)、大運行、大檢修的需要。
[Abstract]:National Network Company is building a strong smart grid, vigorously promote the "three sets of five" system construction. Among them, the construction of large operation and overhaul system requires to strengthen business integration, promote the integrated management of equipment inspection, maintenance and operation, and improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance and operation. With the adoption of network transmission in substation video monitoring system, the coverage of wide area communication network and dispatching data network of power network provides technical support for the application of substation remote monitoring. At present, most of the power system video surveillance equipments are auxiliary means, only considering the monitoring of the peripheral environment of the substation, the monitoring ability of the equipment area is insufficient. There are many types of video surveillance equipment, different functions, different design standards and incompatible communication interfaces, which lead to the lack of information exchange and resource sharing among the auxiliary systems in the power network. It is difficult to integrate all auxiliary monitoring systems of substations into a single system platform for centralized monitoring and management. At the same time, the video monitoring system can not be associated with the substation primary equipment. To observe the details of the field equipment, it needs complicated operation of the cloud head, and can not meet the requirements of monitoring the state of the field equipment. In accordance with the operational requirements and monitoring status of Anhui Power Grid, the development, design and access standards of video surveillance system issued by the State Network Company are taken as the basis. The integrated platform of integrated monitoring system is developed, which is suitable for the production and operation of power network. (1) the integrated application of visual logic modeling, multi-code streaming media, dispatching intelligent linkage, etc. Realize real-time video monitoring of substation equipment and environment; (2) access substation environmental monitoring, access control, fire alarm, perimeter security, and other information, (3) to realize the remote auxiliary monitoring and control of 500kV and above substations in the province, so as to meet the needs of large-scale production, operation and overhaul of national power network companies.
