鶴崗供電所配電網(wǎng)智能化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)對(duì)電力的需求量也大量的增加,電力在作為當(dāng)今社會(huì)發(fā)展最重要的能源,供電質(zhì)量的好壞對(duì)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)步將起到至關(guān)重要的作用。為保證良好的供電質(zhì)量,建立智能配電網(wǎng)開(kāi)始逐漸被人們提出并得到了飛速的發(fā)展,利用智能化技術(shù)進(jìn)行電網(wǎng)的配置。參考國(guó)外典型國(guó)家智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展歷程,同時(shí)對(duì)我國(guó)智能電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行總結(jié)與分析,結(jié)合已取得的先進(jìn)成果并考慮鶴崗市市郊配電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行的實(shí)際情況,即電源相對(duì)充足,但電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架薄弱,智能化程度不高,老舊設(shè)備較多,負(fù)荷相對(duì)分散,受地理位置和氣候的影響,運(yùn)行季節(jié)性工作明顯,存在電網(wǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)且自愈能力不足的特點(diǎn)。對(duì)其供電所配電網(wǎng)進(jìn)行智能化的設(shè)計(jì),將10k V智能型永磁真空斷路器、10k V線路無(wú)功自動(dòng)補(bǔ)償裝置、10k V智能型自動(dòng)調(diào)壓調(diào)容變壓器應(yīng)用到該配電網(wǎng)中,運(yùn)行新型的信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行日常的管理。對(duì)鶴崗供電所配電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合鶴崗地區(qū)智能電網(wǎng)的總體發(fā)展規(guī)劃,對(duì)智能配電,智能用電環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的設(shè)計(jì)主體和其主要的功能,為鶴崗地區(qū)智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)提供具有可操作性的建設(shè)方案,為鶴崗地區(qū)的電網(wǎng)建設(shè)提供合理化的建設(shè)意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy, the demand for electricity in various industries is also increasing. As the most important energy in the development of the society today, the quality of power supply will play a vital role in the progress of social economy. In order to ensure good power supply quality, the establishment of smart distribution network has been gradually proposed and developed rapidly. Intelligent technology is used to configure the power grid. Referring to the development course of smart grid in typical foreign countries, and summarizing and analyzing the development course of smart grid in our country, combining with the advanced achievements and considering the actual situation of distribution network in suburb of Hegang, that is, the power supply is relatively sufficient. But the grid structure is weak, the intelligence degree is not high, the old equipment is more, the load is relatively dispersed, affected by the geographical location and climate, the seasonal operation work is obvious, and the power grid has the characteristics of risk and insufficient self-healing ability. The intelligent design of the distribution network of its power supply station is carried out. The 10kV intelligent permanent magnet vacuum circuit breaker 10kV automatic reactive power compensation device is applied to the distribution network, and the 10kV intelligent automatic voltage regulating transformer is applied to the distribution network. Run new information management system for daily management. The present situation of distribution network of Hegang power supply station is analyzed. Combined with the overall development plan of smart grid in Hegang area, the intelligent distribution and intelligent power consumption links are designed. The design contents include the main design body and the main functions of each link. It provides operable construction scheme for smart grid construction in Hegang area and reasonable construction advice for power grid construction in Hegang area.
